Hi Edith
I note you have Woodlands Farm Arkley in your blog. My mother-in-law Elma Aitken lived with her mother and step father Joseph Newlands Nott who was the farmer- she lived their from 1926 til 1945 when she was married in Arkley Church to her beau- she left from Woodlands farm to go to New Zealand with her husband Alexander Aitken. Joseph Nott moved to Grimsdyke Cres when he retired in 1945
